MBB: Terriers Take Third in NAC Preseason Poll

WATERVILLE, Maine – The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) has announced its preseason poll for men's basketball and Thomas College was picked to finish third in a vote conducted by the league's coaches.

Deshon Gaither enters his first season as the Thomas Head Coach after serving as an assistant coach last season. He returns a core of veterans from last season's NAC Runner-Up squad, including senior Zach Mackinnon (Kennebunk, Maine); juniors Justin Butler (Orlando, Fla.), Lovegeurson Fleurine (Fort Pierce, Fla.) and Demetris Webster (Port St. Lucie, Fla.); and sophomore Jordan Goodson (Orlando, Fla.). The Terriers also add transfer Jacob Godfrey (East Machias, Maine) from Division II East Stroudsburg University. Thomas will look to build off last year's success as they eye a return to the NAC Championship.

Thomas opens the year at home against St. Joe's on Tuesday, November 12 at 7:00 PM at Larry Mahaney Gymnasium.
